GHL custom CSS themes restyle the GoHighLevel app itself: colours, sidebar, header, cards, login page, dashboard and pipeline board. With a GHL Customizer account you choose them in a visual editor rather than writing CSS, preview every change, and deliver them to every sub-account with one install line in Agency Settings > Company > White Label > Custom JS.
What you need: A GoHighLevel agency account with access to Agency Settings, where the Custom JS and Custom CSS boxes live. It works on any GoHighLevel plan that lets you add custom code.
