Pre-Approved covers the look of GoHighLevel: themes, UI kits, dark mode and login designs. Rate Lock adds the working tools: menus, dashboards, pipeline boards and the contact actions bar. Closing Day adds the website and lead-capture widgets (popups, notifications, calculators, floating widgets) and a white-label editor.

Contact support with your order reference and ask to move up a package. Your account, workspaces and saved designs stay where they are; only the plan behind them changes.

Not for the customizer. You still pay HighLevel for your GoHighLevel plan as usual; the customizer account itself is paid once.

Workspaces are separate brands or clients, each with its own designs and install line. Saved templates are designs you keep to reuse. Team members are people who can log in to your customizer account. Allowed domains are the GoHighLevel and website domains where your install line runs. Versions are saved snapshots of a design you can roll back to.

It is how many of that widget can be switched on at the same time. With Closing Day you can run up to 15 popups, 15 notifications, 10 calculators and 10 floating widgets at once, and keep as many drafts as your saved-template limit allows.
